No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. You can leave us a key or a code to access your property or arrange another way for us to enter. We will take good care of your home and lock it when we leave. You can also leave us any instructions or notes that you want us to follow.

How do I get a receipt or invoice for my payment?

You can get a receipt or invoice for your payment by email or mail. You can choose the option that you prefer when you book our services. We will send you the receipt or invoice within 24 hours after completing the service.
